What we measure, and what you see every week.
We publish a result only when the brand has approved it and the numbers can be traced to purchase orders. Until a case study meets that bar, it stays off this page. Here is what you can hold us to instead.

What a written audit looks like.
The audit is a short document with a clear verdict on each area. Here is the structure you receive.
- Pricing: your wholesale and distributor price built from your cost, with margin at each step.
- Packaging: barcode status, case pack, shelf size and label gaps a buyer will notice.
- Sell sheet: what is missing and a rewrite you can use.
- Channel: distributor, direct or both, with the reason.
- Plan: the first ten accounts to approach and what to send each.

How we decide what to publish
- The brand agrees to be named, or we anonymize the details with their approval.
- Every figure matches a purchase order, invoice or retailer report we have seen.
- We state the time period and what the brand did alongside our work.
- We include what did not work.
If you want to speak with a brand we have worked with before you decide, ask on the strategy call and we will ask permission to connect you.
See your own numbers first.
The audit shows where your brand stands before you commit to anything.
